Please read our terms of service carefully.

1. Membership

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for violation of gym rules or conduct deemed inappropriate by management.

2. Payment

All membership fees are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be applied to payments received after the 5th. Recurring payments can be set up via our online portal.

3. Liability Waiver

All members are required to sign a liability waiver before using the gym facilities. Boxing is a high-risk activity, and members participate at their own risk. Waukegan Boxing Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

4. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used for account management and communication purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.
